About Us
Refuge Outreach Services is a newly formed extension of Refuge Food Pantry, a
501(c)(3) which has been serving the Monument Corridor community for over 15 years. What began as a small effort providing 200 supplemental meals per week has grown significantly—since COVID, we now distribute over 2,000 meals weekly.
Our numbers have grown significantly enough that the city needs us to now move our operations to a dedicated space, due to the traffic issues our food distribution is causing.

Our Vision
We founded Refuge Outreach Services in response to the growing needs of our community. Our vision is to create a hub of support for the neighborhood, open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, providing essential resources and services to those in need.
Our Community
Located in Concord, CA with over 100k people, the most populated city in the county. Our community has become home to immigrants of racial and ethnic minorities, and many low-income families. As the cost of living continues to rise, the need for food security and stability has become more urgent than ever for the disadvantaged of our county. Through Refuge Outreach Services and our plan for Harvest of Hope Market, we are committed to meeting their needs and fostering a strong, more resilient community.
